One among these structures is the Bijay Mandal Fort. Built in the 14th century, the fort was built by Alauddin Khilji with several additions made by the eccentric ruler, Muhammad Bin Tughlaq. The fort is almost dilapidated now, but is of great significance with regard to the history of the Delhi Sultanate.
